PHOENIX PROJECT AT A GLANCE
A Journey through Healing
Phoenix Project is developing a healing and resource center to facilitate the journey through healing for individuals as well as provide resources for organizations serving the population. We are on a mission to raise awareness of what it means to “identify as a Phoenix” and how to take steps to support your own journey and that of others.
Who is a Phoenix?
A Phoenix is an individual who has faced adversity and challenges in their lives. They are either on the journey toward healing or they have overcome their adversity and challenges and wish to help others.
The Phoenix Project welcomes every survivor, advocate,
individual, and organization to join us in the conversation
- help us to shift the dominate paradigm.
Stand up and be counted.
The Mental Health crisis impacts communities in big ways. Access to critical services and resources varies widely and is sometimes entirely out of reach. Critical, crisis, and primary care are needed to keep our communities and the people within them safe and thriving.
LGBTQ & Youth
The LGBTQ community struggles with complex issues that impact our communities in big ways. Co-challenges like violence, homelessness, and addiction can feel like an overwhelming problem to solve. Collaborate and explore what is being done, what needs to be done and how we can get there.
Many cities around the country are dealing with increased homelessness and poverty. What has worked, what could work, and what have we neglected to try. Weigh on this important issues and how it impacts you and your community.
